about
Nicole Moreno is a production professional with over four years of experience producing premium feature documentaries for studios including Netflix and HBO.
Nicole began her career as an Office PA on the independent feature documentary ADRIFT, about the global refugee crisis, before supporting active productions at Moxie Films. She then became a Production Coordinator and Associate Producer on the four-part documentary series The Synanon Fix for HBO, which had its world premiere at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.
She later worked as Production Coordinator on Queen of Chess, which premiered at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival. Most recently, she was the Associate Producer on an upcoming Netflix feature documentary premiering in August 2026.
Nicole is a proud first-generation graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Cinema and Media Studies with a minor in Latin American Studies. Passionate about storytelling through film, she hopes to continue producing projects that enlighten and inspire across both documentary and narrative spaces. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading (admittedly sad books), and spending time with friends and family, ideally over a good meal.
